Too Indian - Vishal Enclave - West Delhi

Too Indian at Vishal Enclave is located right opposite the TDI Mall and quite close to the Rajouri Garden Metro station. It has opened doors recently and is already gaining a lot of traction and popularity. It blends in a retail plus food concept, offering some unique products on sale along with sumptuous food. I visited the place on a hot Saturday afternoon, to find the place bustling with people. The space is large and the seating very well arranged. The staff is very well acquainted with the food and are good at service. Here is what I ordered and how it was  - Beverages -  Do try the Nutella Shake  (the name says it all) - Your nutella shake is generously topped up with whipped cream, flavored confectionary, and chocolates. The Anarkali is a mocktail which came in a tall LIIT glasses and reminded me that this place doesn;t serve liquor. Yet. But the mocktail was great. Here is something to Taco About - I loved the presentation of this one. T...

The Flying Saucer Cafe - Sector 29 Gurgaon

The food scene at Sector 29 is getting better and varied each day and The Flying Saucer Cafe is yet another star in this bustling food market. Situated on the ground floor, bang in the middle of the market, The Flying Saucer Cafe encompasses a large space with a rustic yet soothing decor. It is a great place to escape and party and comes with its own backyard with a foosball table and swings. I tried a few items on my recent visit here and some of the things I loved and would definitely recommend were - Chicken Tikka Duo - Two favorite tikka flavors, Malai and Masala on a single plate is a treat for chicken lovers Chicken Seekh Kebab - The all time favorite seekh kebabs were soft and fresh. Grilled Roast Chicken - Roast Chicken, grilled to perfection Brownie with ice cream - Fresh brownie served with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce.

Soi 7 - DLF Cyberhub Gurgaon

Soi7 is one of the oldest and best breweries at DLF Cyber City. Located on the top floor of DLF Cyber Hub with an uber cool open seating area. I went there for lunch the other with friends and found it be a great place to enjoy pan Asian food. They have a vast menu but the Asian food is just great. The service orientation of the staff is quite good and the ambiance relaxed and comfortable. They serve fresh Beer too, with 4 distinct tastes for Beer lovers. Their bar is well stocked and the range of cocktails and drinks diverse. Recommended tries from the food menu - 1. Vegetarian Assorted Dimsum Board  - Dimsum platter at its best 2. Thai BBQ Fish 3. Lal Maas Pizza 4. Chocolate Spring Roll

Indian Grill Room - Golf Course Road, Gurgaon

One of the oldest and well established fine dining restaurants at Golf Course, Indian Grill Room occupies the top floor at the Suncity Tower right opposite the Metro Station.' It's plush ambiance and a welcome with the fragrance of fresh jasmine flowers leads you to a heaven of soulful food with authentic Indian flavors. They serve a set menu buffet with varied options to suit everyone. Indeed, there is a little bit of something for everyone to eat. In starters, Gosht Galawat is the best for meat lovers and so is the Murgh Nizami Tikka. Lemon Garlic Grill Fish is something which you would definitely like to repeat. Before starting off the main course, I would recommend their DIY Papri Chaat, where you can prepare the all time favorite chaat according to your taste.  Also, the buffet has some great live counters which I suggest one should definitely try. One of them is of Tawa Chicken which was yum. In desserts, they make fresh Jalebi at a live counter which ...

Made in Punjab - Cyber Hub Gurgaon

Set on the ground floor over a wide area, Made in Punjab was one of the early entrants to the Cyber Hub food lane. You cannot miss its presence, in between the famed Hard Rock Cafe and Farzi Cafe with a wide front, the signature MIP logo and burning flames (decor thing).  Made in Punjab serves food which is unmistakably Indian and very close to authentic Punjabi food.  It gained popularity on the back of its lunch buffet which is a huge hit with the office goers at Cyber City and surrounding areas.  My last visit was during dinner time, during which Ala carte is served and it was a fabulous experience. More so because the service is quite good and the manager kept a sharp eye on the tables. I also had the opportunity to meet Chef Mahabir, who is behind so many of the dishes which were served. He is exceptionally talented and great with his dishes. I tried the following dishes Popeye Paaji ki favorite chaat Jau Mushroom Chakli Murgh Bhatti Fauji chowk k...
