Berainard Colaco’s Boxing Day Sundae

Ingredients:

Plum cake 200g

Mixed nuts 20g

Jujubes 20g

Marshmallows 30g

Mazipan 30g

Vanilla ice cream, Family pack for sauce

Milk Maid 50ml

Cold milk 150ml

Coffee 20ml

Dark rum 45ml

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Crumble the pudding and flash heat it in the microware. Scoop out the rice cream and spinkle with chopped nuts, marzipan, marshmallows and jujubes. Top the sundae with the cold glazed sauce.
