Lemon ๐Ÿ‹ Pickle

Simple recipe and great accompaniment to any food or meal

Ingredients

Salt ๐Ÿง‚ - 250 grams
Sugar - 500 grams
Lal Mirch - half tbsp
Kali Mirch - half tbsp
Lemons - 1 kg
Ajwain - 1 tsp

Method

Mix all ingredients.
Store in glass jar ๐Ÿซ™
Keep in the sun ๐ŸŒž for few days 
Until all ingredients mix together well.
