What if your money problems weren’t just about money?

Let’s talk straight—how many times have you sat down, calculated everything to the last rupee, and still found your account gasping for air by the 25th of the month? You’ve read every budgeting book, even tried that “money mindset” affirmation routine your influencer cousin swears by. But something still doesn’t shift. You hustle, you plan, you sacrifice—yet, it feels like your money disappears into some black hole.

What if I told you that your financial frustration might not be a numbers issue, but a soul issue? That the repeated ‘I earn enough, but it’s never enough’ loop might be the echo of old karma playing out like a torturous tag-along from lives—or lineages—past?

The Torturous Tag of Karma: How Your Energy, Ancestors & Spiritual Blocks Hijack Your Cash Flow (and how to fix it)

When we’re facing a constant cash crunch or struggling with money despite making the "right moves", it’s often not about mismanagement—it’s about misalignment. That’s where karma and money collide. You may be paying energetic dues for decisions, debts, or dynamics you don’t even consciously remember. Sounds wild? Not if you’ve ever felt a chronic heaviness around wealth, as if abundance plays hide and seek, and you’re always stuck on “seek”.

That torturous sensation, like you’re being financially punished for something you didn’t do? That could be ancestral karma, or spiritual money blocks rooted in trauma—personal or inherited.

Here’s something that changed my life: “Money flows where energy goes, and stuck money is a stuck story.”

And before you roll your eyes, let me show you how deeply spiritual misalignments shape our finances—because once you see it, you can begin to change it.

And in case you need a reminder that you’re not alone in this emotional, energetic rollercoaster of financial healing—read this personal reflection on life’s chaotic ride:
👉 Life is a roller coaster

Why do karmic debts often manifest as financial struggle?

Ever notice how some people seem to attract wealth like a magnet, while others—despite being good-hearted, hardworking, and even spiritually aligned—struggle to keep the lights on? That isn’t always about effort. Often, it's about karmic entanglement.

Karma is not a punishment. It’s a contract. An energetic record of cause and effect that extends across timelines—sometimes lifetimes. When unresolved actions from your past (or your lineage's past) remain energetically unpaid, the universe doesn’t send debt collectors—it sends patterns. Recurring circumstances. Deja-vu-like loops. Financial droughts that won’t end, no matter how hard you "try."

Think of it like this: you are trying to row your financial boat upstream, but someone—an ancestor, a past version of yourself, even a previous life’s unfinished business—is holding onto the anchor. Every effort you make is real. But the resistance is karmic.

Here are a few spiritual money blocks that commonly result from karmic entanglement:

  • Debt loops: Chronic inability to pay off debts, even small ones.

  • Poverty mindset: Deep-rooted belief that money equals danger, guilt, or pain.

  • Fear of abundance: Feeling unsafe or unworthy when things go too well financially.

  • Invisible ceilings: Unexpected expenses that wipe out your gains, every single time.

You may not remember making a vow of poverty in a monastery three lifetimes ago—but your energy might still be living it out.

Or maybe your great-grandfather was a landlord who exploited his tenants. That unresolved energy could trickle down to you in the form of subconscious sabotage—blocking abundance as a form of atonement.

It’s not fair, no. But it’s not fate, either.

The key is awareness. When we identify our energetic blocks, we can start clearing them. That’s what this journey is about—not blame, but balance.

Could you be repaying someone else’s debt—ancestral or otherwise?

Let me introduce you to Naina—a client who came to me with a constant feeling that no matter how much she earned (and trust me, she was earning well in corporate banking), it slipped away like water through a sieve.

We traced her financial anxiety back through patterns, journaling, and Vastu analysis. What we discovered wasn’t on her bank statement—but in her bloodline. Her maternal grandmother had been widowed at 32, left with seven children and no money. That trauma of sudden loss and survival got imprinted so deeply into the family’s energy field that, three generations later, Naina still felt she had to hold on tight to every rupee, even when abundance flowed her way.

But here’s the kicker: Holding tightly also meant she repelled growth. She feared investments, shied away from taking leaps in business, and constantly worried about ‘when it would all collapse’.

She wasn’t living her life—she was living her nani’s fear.

That’s the power of ancestral karma. It moves through stories, yes—but also through energy, beliefs, and nervous system wiring.

Once she began consciously acknowledging and forgiving the past—not just hers, but her grandmother’s—things shifted. She did a fire ritual (more on that soon), created a “prosperity altar”, and began honouring the legacy she carried, instead of fearing it. Six months later, she bought her own flat.

The struggle wasn’t hers—but the healing could be.

Let that sink in: You can inherit the wound, but also be the healer. That is a powerful legacy.

What are the spiritual signs of being stuck in a financial loop?

Most people think of financial struggle in material terms—poor spending habits, lack of budgeting, unstable income. But if you're spiritually tuned in, you know money has vibes. And sometimes, those vibes scream “You're stuck!”

So how do you know if your financial friction is karmic in nature?

Here are 5 soul signs you're caught in a karmic money loop:

  1. Recurring money chaos around specific dates – Does money dry up every December? Or do you always lose clients during your birth month? Patterns tied to past-life anniversaries are real.

  2. Chronic undercharging or overgiving – Do you feel guilty charging what you're worth? This could be a karmic pattern of debt repayment or penance.

  3. Physical symptoms around money decisions – Tight chest, nausea, panic when you check your bank app? That's your body reacting to energetic dissonance.

  4. Family money taboos – Was money always "the root of all evil" in your household? Karmic imprints often ride in on belief systems passed down like heirlooms.

  5. Never feeling “safe” to spend – Even when you can afford things, do you feel like you’re breaking some unspoken law? That guilt isn't yours. It’s inherited shame.

Recognising these signs is like turning on a spiritual flashlight in a pitch-black bank vault. Suddenly, you see what you’re really dealing with—and it’s not just bills.

Once you see the karmic patterns, you can choose to break them. And trust me, your soul’s ready.

What money rituals can help clear karmic residue?

Let’s get practical—because this is where transformation begins.

Here are 3 of my go-to spiritual money rituals that help clear karmic gunk and invite aligned abundance:

🔥 1. Fire Release Ritual (Full Moon)

This is a sacred way to “burn the contract” energetically. On a full moon night, write down:

  • Money vows or beliefs that no longer serve you

  • Fears or anxieties inherited from family

  • Any phrases like “I’m not good with money” or “Money is evil”

Light a white candle, sit in silence, and burn the paper (safely, in a fireproof dish). As the paper turns to ash, say aloud:

“I release this energy. It ends with me.”

🌊 2. Water flow ritual (New Moon)

Water purifies. During a new moon, fill a bowl with water and add:

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

  • A drop of lavender oil

  • A coin (silver, if possible)

Stir the water clockwise and speak your financial intentions. Let the water sit overnight under moonlight, then pour it out under a tree the next morning. It symbolises “returning your karma to the earth.”

💎 3. Abundance Grid (Daily)

Create a mini altar using:

  • A green crystal/stone (for prosperity)

  • A photo of your grandmother (to honour and heal ancestral lines)

  • A written list of your top 3 money goals

Light a lamp beside it for 9 consecutive days. Visualise golden light flowing through the altar into your financial field. This activates your “wealth grid.”

These aren’t just rituals. You’re not stuck. You’re just carrying too much that isn’t yours.

What is the ‘Prosperity Mapping tool’ and how do you use it?

Have you ever felt like abundance was just around the corner, but no matter how hard you reach, you can’t quite grab it? That’s how I felt before I learned about prosperity mapping. Not another vision board. Not another spreadsheet. But a tool that actually spoke to my soul.

The Prosperity mapping Tool is a visual-spiritual exercise that combines energetic awareness with practical clarity. Think of it as your energetic Google Maps. You're not just listing goals—you’re mapping where your energy bleeds and where it thrives.

Here’s how you build one:

  1. Take a large sheet of paper.

  2. Draw a circle in the centre and write “ME + MONEY”.

  3. Around it, draw radiating lines, like a sunburst. Label them:

    • Family history

    • Self-worth

    • Spending patterns

    • Income sources

    • Money beliefs

    • Emotional blocks

    • Opportunities missed

Next, close your eyes and ask:
“Where do I feel drained, ashamed, or blocked?”
Circle those branches in red.

Then ask:
“Where do I feel proud, empowered, or safe?”
Circle those in green.

When I did this the first time, I sobbed. My “family history” branch bled red all over the page. That’s when I realised my money wasn’t just numbers. It was trauma.

This is your spiritual audit. It helps you locate karmic debt not in the stars, but in your lived experience.

Once you know where the energetic block lives, you can begin to shift it. That’s why prosperity mapping is a game-changer—not because it tells you what to do, but because it reveals why you haven’t done it yet.

What does your map look like? Which branch hurts the most?

How can journaling reveal spiritual money blocks?

Grab a notebook. Not your budgeting planner or that fancy leather-bound journal you’re saving for “important thoughts”. Just a blank page. Now write this question at the top:

“What have I not forgiven around money?”

Then… just let the pen go. No judgment. No editing. Let your soul speak.

You might be surprised at what comes up:

  • “I haven’t forgiven my father for always making me feel guilty when I asked for money.”

  • “I haven’t forgiven myself for going into debt in college.”

  • “I haven’t forgiven my ex for making me feel small about not earning more.”

Sometimes, we’re not stuck in life—we’re stuck in a moment. And often, that moment is unresolved pain disguised as “being bad with money.”

When I first asked myself that journal question, I thought I'd get surface answers like, "I should save more." Instead, what poured out were pages of tears. Memories of being told I “wanted too much”. Being shamed for desiring a better life. Internalising that wanting more = being selfish.

That’s not budgeting. That’s spiritual warfare. And journaling becomes the battlefield where healing begins.

Here’s a prompt that cracked me wide open. Try it:

“If my relationship with money were a person, what would they say to me?”

You might be stunned at the voices that emerge. Angry, hurt, pleading to be loved. Those voices? They’re you. They're karma. And they want to be seen.

Why do you keep repeating money patterns despite working harder?

Let me guess: You’ve upgraded your skills. You’ve taken every course. You’ve meditated, manifested, and even feng shui’d your wallet. Still, here you are—watching money arrive and evaporate like a cruel joke. Same month, same feeling. Again.

Why?

It’s something I call the Law of Energetic Recurrence. It’s like spiritual gravity: we don’t attract what we want—we attract what we still unconsciously expect.

Think of it like a scratched record. Even if you play a different song, it keeps jumping back to the old loop. That’s karmic muscle memory.

This loop doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. It means you’ve been programmed to expect scarcity.

You might’ve grown up hearing:

  • “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”

  • “Rich people are greedy.”

  • “It’s selfish to want more.”

These aren’t just phrases. They’re spells. Spoken over generations. Etched into your energetic DNA.

I remember a client, Aditya, who earned well but couldn’t keep savings. Every time his balance grew, he’d subconsciously spend it on others—or create a crisis. When we traced his story, it turned out his grandfather had built wealth during the Partition, but lost it in a fire. His family never emotionally recovered. Wealth equalled loss. Safety was in “just enough”.

Aditya wasn’t financially unstable. He was karmically loyal.

Are you repeating someone else’s tragedy?

Because healing starts when you realise you don’t have to carry their sorrow into your success.

Could your room be keeping you broke?

This might sound wild—but your bedroom could be cursing your cash flow.

Let’s talk Vastu + energy healing for a minute. Your sleeping direction, the clutter under your bed, even your lamp choice—all of these impact your energetic wealth frequency.

When your physical environment holds stagnant energy, your money chi (life force) slows down like traffic in Delhi at rush hour. And guess what? Money hates traffic.

Vastu-aligned changes that boost your money karma:

  1. Sleep with your head facing south – This grounds you, stabilises root chakra energy, and supports wealth accumulation.

  2. Salt lamp in the wealth corner (south-east) – Salt absorbs negative energy and the glow invites flow. It’s like therapy for your aura.

  3. Clear under-bed clutter – Especially old shoes, bags, or unpaid bills. You’re literally sleeping on stuck energy.

  4. Green plants near your desk – Symbolise growth and monetary expansion. Keep the leaves healthy; they mirror your wealth chi.

  5. Avoid mirrors facing your bed – They double your stress energy and scatter your auric field.

They’re energy cues. Your space mirrors your subconscious. Clean it, shift it, honour it—and your money field will follow.

Ask yourself: If money were a guest, would it feel welcome in your home?

What’s the connection between karma and self-worth?

Let’s end this segment with a truth that may sting: You will never rise above the wealth level you subconsciously believe you deserve.

Most people I work with don’t have income issues. They have deservingness wounds. Somewhere in their karma—personal, past life, or ancestral—they learned this devastating belief: “I am not worthy of ease.”

And so, no matter how much they earn, they self-sabotage. Undercharge. Over-give. Never ask for a raise. Never invest. Always apologise for “being expensive.”

Does that sound like you?

Because it sure as hell used to be me.

When Anmoll began healing her self-worth karma, she traced it back to a moment in childhood: being scolded for asking for a second scoop of ice cream. The voice said, “Greedy girls don’t get nice things.”

She carried that voice into adulthood. Into business. Into every client negotiation. She wasn’t greedy—she was traumatised.

Karma is identity. And when you heal the karmic wound of unworthiness, you don’t just make more money—you let it stay.

Try this mirror affirmation:

“I am divinely worthy of money that feels safe, sacred, and sustainable.”

Say it every day. Even when it feels like a lie. Especially then. That’s when it starts becoming your truth.

How do past lives contribute to present-day financial loops?

You ever feel like you’re playing a game with invisible rules?

Like no matter how much you try—save, manifest, pray, push—you just can’t seem to cross a certain financial threshold?

That “invisible hand” might not be the economy. It might be your soul’s resume.

See, past life karma isn’t some abstract thing. It’s the energetic memory of how you’ve engaged with power, trust, responsibility—and yes, money—across timelines.

If you abused wealth in a previous life, you might find yourself repelling it now out of unconscious guilt.
If you were wronged financially—robbed, manipulated, left destitute—you might carry a deep distrust of wealth today.
And if you took vows of poverty in service of spiritual growth, those vows don’t always expire when your body does.

That’s how you end up in this life, craving abundance while sabotaging it every time it gets close. It’s like trying to swim with invisible shackles on your ankles. You know the direction. You just can’t move freely.

And this doesn’t only show up in bank balances. It shows up in:

  • Being passed over for promotions

  • Trusting the wrong clients

  • “Forgetting” to invoice

  • Having allergic reactions to wealth visibility

It took me years to realise why I’d always withdraw from financial success the moment it arrived. I wasn’t lazy. I was karmically loyal to a past-life identity that saw wealth as dangerous.

The good news? These energies can be released. With the right awareness, ritual, and realignment, you can complete the soul lesson without repeating the struggle.

Want proof this is a real thing, not just spiritual theory? Read this eye-opening piece on how wealth trauma affects your nervous system:

Is your fear of visibility connected to karmic punishment?

Let me ask you something raw: What scares you more—being broke, or being seen succeeding?

If you're honest, for many of you, it is the second one.

Because deep down, visibility often feels like danger. Exposure. Vulnerability. And for many, that links straight back to karmic memories of persecution.

Maybe you were punished in a past life for having power. Burned at the stake. Shunned. Betrayed by the community for speaking truth. Stripped of wealth for standing out.

That energy doesn’t just vanish. It burrows into your current life as a fear of shining too brightly. So you stay small. You undercharge. You don’t promote your work. You dim your light—because somewhere in your soul, you believe success could get you hurt.

I’ve coached artists, healers, CEOs who crumble the moment they gain visibility. They get sick before big launches. “Lose” files before big deals. Push away love right before connection deepens. Why? Because at a soul level, success feels like a threat.

That’s karmic PTSD.

But here’s the reframe that set me free:
You are not being punished anymore. You are being prepared.

You’re not here to hide your light. You’re here to clear the karmic fog that taught you dimming it would keep you safe.

So ask yourself: What am I afraid will happen if I fully succeed?

Then go prove that fear wrong—with grace, ritual, and spiritual backup.

How can water and fire rituals cleanse stuck karmic money energy?

When words fail, elements speak.

Fire. Water. Earth. Air. Ether. These are the languages your soul understands when language is too dense.

And when you’re stuck in a karmic money pattern, you need more than advice. You need ritual. Soulful action that breaks unseen contracts and returns your energy to its source.

Let me give you two elemental rituals I use when nothing else works.

🔥 Fire bowl ceremony (for ancestral clearing)

Materials:

  • A fire-safe bowl or cauldron

  • Bay leaves

  • A red candle

Steps:

  1. Write your financial fears, debts, shame, and inherited beliefs on the bay leaves.

  2. Light the candle.

  3. One by one, burn the leaves and say:

“This no longer belongs to me. I return it to Source.”

Let the smoke rise. Imagine it carrying your karmic entanglements to be transmuted. It’s not just poetic. It’s energetic divorce.

🌊 Sacred salt Bath (for past-life trauma)

Materials:

  • Himalayan salt

  • A few drops of sandalwood or rosemary oil

  • A white cloth or scarf

Steps:

  1. Add salt and oil to a warm bath.

  2. Immerse slowly, wrapping the white cloth over your chest or womb area.

  3. Speak this affirmation:

“I forgive myself and all souls connected to this money wound. I am free.”

You might cry. That’s good. It means the karma’s breaking.

Do this on a waning moon night for best results. And keep a journal nearby—you may receive soul messages or past-life flashbacks. Write them down. They’re not hallucinations. They’re reclaimings.

What’s really blocking your abundance—belief, behaviour, or karma?

Let’s get brutally honest now. If your money still isn’t flowing, something’s blocking it. But what?

  • Is it your beliefs? (Do you think you don’t deserve wealth?)

  • Your behaviour? (Do you avoid taking aligned risks?)

  • Or your karma? (Are you unknowingly paying off spiritual debts?)

For most people, it’s all three. But karma is often the root. You can affirm abundance all day long—but if your soul still thinks abundance = danger, you’ll repel it.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I secretly believe that money corrupts people?

  • Do I feel guilt when I spend on myself?

  • Do I worry people will abandon me if I become rich?

If yes—you’ve got a karmic knot that needs untying.

But here's the light in the tunnel: karma is not permanent. It’s a teacher. Not a jailer.

You’re not broken. You’re bound. And the moment you choose to see the pattern, honour the pain, and release the guilt—you begin to rewrite your soul’s financial future.

You came here to evolve, not to earn your worth.
You came here to remember, not to repent.

So maybe it’s time to stop fixing yourself—and start freeing yourself.

Where in life do you feel karmically stuck or repeating old loops?

Okay, I want to hear from you now.

We’ve talked about ancestral money curses. Past life vows. Spiritual rituals. But none of this matters unless it lands in your life.

So tell me honestly:

Where do you feel karmically stuck? What loops do you keep reliving that make you want to scream or sob or just sleep for a decade?

  • Maybe it’s love. You date the same emotionally unavailable guy over and over.

  • Maybe it’s career. No matter how hard you work, you keep getting bypassed.

  • Maybe it’s your body. You heal one thing, and another flares up.

  • Or maybe, like me once, it’s money. Always almost enough. But never quite safe.

You can anonymously share your story in the comment box or DM. And I’ll respond with one intuitive reflection just for you.

Because sometimes, the most healing words are: “Me too.”

You’re not crazy. You’re karmically entangled.
And you don’t have to stay there.

How can you work with a guide to release spiritual money blocks?

Some karmic knots are just too tangled to undo alone.

Yes, journaling helps. Yes, rituals cleanse. But sometimes, we need a witness. Someone who can hold space, see beyond this lifetime, and help us release what we’ve unknowingly carried for centuries.

This is where spiritual mentorship comes in.

Working with a coach, a soul alchemist, or an intuitive guide isn’t about getting “fixed.” It’s about being seen. Heard. Unburdened. Aligned.

And most importantly—initiated into a new energetic contract. One where you’re no longer bound by shame or scarcity.

I’ve had the privilege of walking many through this work—some crying mid-Zoom call as they remember a past-life vow of poverty; others gasping as they realise their biggest money block isn’t theirs, but their mother’s.

If you’ve felt deeply moved, broken open, or quietly cracked by what you’ve read today—maybe it’s time to stop struggling alone.

What message does karma have about your wealth journey?

If karma could speak in a single whisper, I think it would say:

“I’m not here to punish you. I’m here to teach you how to remember your worth.”

That’s all karma wants. Not retribution. But restoration.

Your money journey isn’t just about currency. It’s about clarity. The clarity to know when you're operating from fear… and the courage to return to love.

You’re not stuck. You’re sacred.
You’re not cursed. You’re in a cycle.
You’re not broken. You’re remembering.

You came here to thrive. Not to tiptoe through spiritual landmines.
You came here to rewrite your story. Not repeat your bloodline’s tragedy.

And if this article made you cry? Good. Let the tears clear what words cannot. You’re not weak. You’re washing off centuries of weight.

Now exhale, gorgeous soul.

You made it.

💬 FAQs

1. Can karma really affect my financial situation?

Yes. Karma is energy, and money is also energy. Unresolved karmic patterns—whether from past lives or ancestral lineage—can manifest as persistent money blocks, debt cycles, or scarcity mindsets.

2. What’s the difference between karmic debt and financial debt?

Financial debt is about what you owe in the physical world. Karmic debt is energetic—tied to actions, choices, and soul lessons that haven’t been resolved. One can feed into the other.

3. Are ancestral money patterns real?

Absolutely. Trauma, beliefs, and fear around money are often inherited. You can carry the financial scars of your great-grandparents in your subconscious, affecting your present financial reality.

What if I don't believe in past lives—will this still help?

Yes. You don’t have to believe in reincarnation to explore emotional inheritance, family money beliefs, or subconscious sabotage. The tools and healing work on your current energy.

How long does karmic healing take?

There’s no fixed timeline. Some shifts happen instantly with deep awareness and ritual; others require layered unlearning. But every conscious step releases old weight. That’s the path.

How other people’s karmic judgments ruin your wealth-energy—and how do you heal that?

Let’s talk about something most “spiritual money” articles never touch.

The shame.
The labels.
The way people judge, assume, and stain your soul with their own projections—all without knowing your story.

Ever been looked at funny just for being too confident, too ambitious, too quiet, too successful, or too broke?
Ever had whispers fly around your name because someone saw you with someone—or saw you succeed when they thought you shouldn’t?

Let me ask you something real:
Have you ever felt punished not for what you did, but for how someone else interpreted your life?

That’s karma too.

Not yours—but theirs. Yet still, you carry the weight.

You know what happens when a girl is seen laughing with three male friends? People don’t say, “She must be confident.” They say, “She must be easy.”

And when a boy wears branded shoes while struggling silently at home? No one asks how. They call him a show-off. A poser. A scammer.

These judgments don’t just bruise reputation. They become energetic arrows. Stuck in your field. Whispering unworthiness into your auric body.

You begin questioning yourself.

  • Should I tone it down?

  • Was I too much?

  • Do I deserve this attention?

This is how karmic wealth shame begins. Not from what you did, but from what people assumed.

I once had a client—Riya—whose finances were frozen. She made good money, had skills, and hustled like a queen. But every time she received a bonus or bought something nice for herself, she’d feel nauseous.
Why?

Turns out, in college, she was ruthlessly judged for dressing “too well.”
Girls called her “materialistic.”
Guys said she must be “dating rich.”
Nobody asked about her part-time job or her scholarship or the fact that her father worked three shifts.

She didn’t carry a money wound—she carried their projections.

And here’s the kicker: every time she allowed herself joy, their voices rose louder than her own.

That’s the-torturous-tag of karmic judgment.

And it follows you. Until you rip it off.

Here’s how you begin healing that:

  1. Write a list of every label you’ve been given around money, success, or appearance.
Gold-digger. Show-off. Cheap. Undeserving. Spoiled. Materialistic.
Write them all. Let them sit in front of you like ghosts at a table.

  2. Say out loud: “I return this to sender.”
Not in anger. In sovereignty. You are not their mirror. You are not their guilt. You are not their projection.

  3. Burn the paper (safely) or bury it with salt. Let the earth take it. Let it die there.

And then, look at yourself in the mirror—really look—and say:

“I am not who they said I was. I am who I decide I am.”

Let the tears fall. They’re not weakness. They are detox.

💔 We’ve all been misjudged. Mocked. Maligned.
But let’s not tattoo their ignorance onto our worth.
Your soul came here to be wealthy—energetically, emotionally, financially.
Not shamed for shining. 💔

So the next time someone mocks your success or your struggle, breathe deep and smile gently.

You’re not carrying their karma anymore.

How can a daily abundance meditation help you heal financial karma?

Some days, it’s not the bills or the bank balance that breaks you.

It’s the moment you open your wallet and feel… fear.
The way your chest tightens before you click “Buy Now”.
The silent whisper that says, “You don’t deserve this. You shouldn’t have this. You’re not enough.”

No spreadsheet fixes that.

But spiritual recalibration can.

And for that, you need a practice that doesn’t just touch your logic—but enters your subconscious, your nervous system, and your energetic signature.

Here’s a powerful 7-minute abundance Karma Meditation that I use with clients:

🌞 Daily Karmic abundance meditation

  1. Sit somewhere quiet. Light a white candle or face sunlight.
Breathe deeply. Drop into your body. Say aloud:

“I return to my centre. My worth is not up for debate.”
  1. Visualise a beam of golden light entering your crown.
See it move down to your heart, then your solar plexus (your power centre), and then into your hands.
    Feel the warmth.

  2. Whisper these affirmations:

    • “I am safe with money.”

    • “I release old karma that blocks my abundance.”

    • “I am the final healer in my ancestral line.”

    • “I let wealth flow through me with ease.”

  3. Place your hands over your heart. Ask: “What does abundance want me to know today?”

Stay still. Listen. You may hear words, see colours, or feel a subtle sense of peace. That is your energetic instruction.

  4. Close by saying:

“I honour all who came before me, and I give myself permission to thrive.”

It’s simple. But it works. Because it bypasses your overthinking mind and plugs you straight into your soul’s truth.

Do this every morning—before checking your phone, your email, or your balance. Make this your new financial ritual.

Money is not a fight. It’s a frequency.
And with each breath, each word, each sacred pause—you shift yours.

What story will your soul tell about your relationship with money?

I want you to imagine this:

Years from now, a young person—maybe your child, maybe someone you mentor, maybe just a future soul who looks up to you—asks:

“How did you do it? How did you heal that financial pain our family always carried?”

What will you say?

Will you say:
*“I ignored it and kept struggling”?
Or…
“I faced it. Felt it. Forgave it. And finally… I freed it.”

Because that’s what you’re doing right now. Reading this. Weeping maybe. Cracking open definitely.
You’re being the breaker of chains.
The one who ends the shame.
The one who says, “No more suffering in silence.”

You are healing karma with your awareness.
You are healing money wounds with your breath.
You are becoming the wealth you never saw growing up.

Don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for that.

Not society.
Not culture.
Not that distant auntie who always mutters “too independent, too modern.”

Because this isn’t about indulgence.
It’s about inheritance.
And you get to choose what kind you leave behind.

You’re not fixing money.
You’re reclaiming soul.

Welcome home.

I get it. I’ve been there, too. But here’s the thing: this ability to isolate yourself is not as empowering as it may seem. In fact, i...
