Hmmmm... Tushar… a cool dude. Always helpful, with enough patience to listen to his friends' love stories and problems with great interest. 😄

Though he might not always find the solutions, he’s still awesome. Mr. Tushar, tussi great ho! 😉 Even when he’s angry, he’s still lovable.

Hmm... Tushar is a great guy—a fellow lover of books like me, though he’s a bit crazier (of course). Hehe. Always great to talk to, he’s an aspiring politician like me and is extremely talkative. He could talk for an entire day about any topic! Tushar has a great sense of conviction, and, of course, last but not least, he is my friend.

What can I say about Tushar? He’s truly a great friend—actually, my best friend. He’s very close to my heart. Back in school, we were best friends. He has a calm, caring personality and can make everyone feel happy. He is the only person for whom I could give my life. Just one word to describe him: perfect.

Tushar Mangl… I first knew him as a stubborn BJP follower while I was supporting the Congress. We began our conversations with arguments about their policies.

Finally, I’m writing a testimonial for you! So, let’s see… Tushar! I’m totally speechless… which means the testimonial is over. Haha, kidding. Writing about this mahaan aatma is tough. Guys, he’s a mahaan aatma, and he’s the reason I started blogging. Funny, right? But I enjoy it.

Tushar is a really cute guy, always ready to help. Love you for this! He doesn’t even need me to tell him when I’m in trouble; he just knows. That’s one of his best qualities. He also knows exactly what to do in those situations. A good boy, he seems quite innocent... but he isn’t! Haha, just kidding.

Anyway, love you for who you are. Don’t ever change, no matter what. I’ll write a longer testimonial someday, but for now, this will do. Take care, God bless you.

What can I say about this guy? He is soooo sweet that imagining my friends' list without him is impossible. He’s the coolest dude in the world and just so perfect. Always ready to help his friends in any situation, he’s simply amazing. Honestly, it’s hard to describe him in words. Just add him to your world, and you’ll see—he’s definitely going to rock it. He’s so good that once you know him, you’ll see the difference for yourself.

“Chintu,” as I call him, is very dear to me. He’s the brother I always wanted but never had. Intelligent, smart, and funny—always at the right times. Wonders of wonders, he’s the only person who can predict my mood correctly every time.

He’s very dependable, and there are times when he talks so much sense that I feel like the younger one between us. Then there are moments when he acts like the cute kid he truly is. I can’t say much more because I’m not as good with words as he is. All I can say is, love you, Chintu. Kudos to him.

Cutting people off isn’t strength—It is a trauma response

Your ability to cut people off and self-isolate is not a skill you should be proud of—It is a trauma response Cutting people off and self-isolating may feel like a protective shield, but it is often rooted in unresolved or unhealed trauma and an inability to depend on others. While these behaviors seem like self-preservation, they end up reinforcing isolation and blocking meaningful connections. Confronting these patterns, seeking therapy, and nurturing supportive relationships can help break this unhealthy cycle. Plus, a simple act like planting a jasmine plant can symbolise the start of your journey towards emotional healing. Why do we cut people off and isolate? If you’re someone who prides themselves on “cutting people off” or keeping a tight circle, you might believe it’s a skill—a way to protect yourself from betrayal, hurt, or unnecessary drama. I get it. I’ve been there, too. But here’s the thing: this ability to isolate yourself is not as empowering as it may seem. In fact, i...
