 Ingredients:

Maida - 255 grams

Butter -  55grams

Sugar-55grams

Baking  powder -1/2 tsp

Egg -1

Milk - 100 ml

Salt -1/4  tsp

Few drops of vanilla essence

Method-

Sift together maida, baking powder and salt. Add egg and sugar.Beat it. Add milk and vanilla andmake it into soft dough.

Put this into the board androll it into 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut it with a cookie cutter with approx. 3 inches diameter.

Take another smaller round cookie cutter and remove the center part.

Now deep fry till golden brown.

Sprinkle with ground sugar/ jaggery with cinnamon powder.

Serve with milk/coffee.
