Why are mirrors in bedrooms so full of energy?

Have you ever stared into a mirror and felt...something? Maybe a rush of emotion. Maybe a sense of déjà vu. Maybe you looked into your eyes and saw someone lost. Or found.

Mirrors are magical, but not just in the fairy-tale sense. In Vastu Shastra, mirrors are known to multiply energy. Every vibe—good or bad—gets bounced around the room like a cosmic ping pong ball. You come home exhausted, drop your bag, and flop on your bed. But that anxiety? That hustle-bustle energy? The mirror doesn’t let it die down. It reflects it back to you. Again. And again.

Angel Mirror Magic:What Does Your Mirror Say About Your Love Life?

The mirror becomes a memory chamber. An energy vault. If you’ve argued in front of it, that tension might still linger in the air. If you've kissed your lover passionately with it in the background, guess what—it’s holding on to that spark.

From a Vastu perspective, mirrors are water elements. Water in motion flows, cleanses, but if uncontrolled—floods. Just like water, mirrors can nourish or destroy. When wrongly placed, they destabilise emotions, stir restlessness, and disturb intimacy. This is why Vastu calls for intentionality.

There was a time when I lived in a house where the bedroom mirror was huge and ornate, perched right beside the bed. I didn’t think much of it. But slowly, nights became restless. My partner and I started snapping at each other over trivial things. We blamed stress. Work. Heat. But Vastu whispered something else—“Check the mirror.”

Turns out, it wasn’t just our moods—our energies were clashing, and that mirror was amplifying it. After relocating the mirror, peace crept back in. Coincidence? Or clarity?

Have you ever felt your energy shift in a room? Can a mirror really see more than our reflections?

Can a mirror facing your bed disrupt romance?

If I could hand out just one Vastu rule to every couple, it would be this: Never let a mirror directly face your bed. Ever.

Why? Because when a mirror reflects your sleeping body, it’s believed to double your emotional and mental baggage. You go to sleep tired, and wake up twice as worn out. You feel exposed, even vulnerable. And if you’re sharing that bed with a partner—there’s suddenly four of you in the room. You. Your partner. And both your reflections, watching… silently judging.

Creepy, isn’t it?

But beyond spookiness, there's psychological weight here. According to a 2023 study from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, people exposed to visual stimuli while sleeping—like facing mirrors—experience more fragmented rest. That’s less deep sleep. Less healing. Less libido.

And less intimacy.

In Vastu, sleep is sacred. The bedroom is your emotional sanctuary. If a mirror stares back at you through the night, it's akin to sleeping in an emotionally noisy room.

A dear friend of mine had been married for a year when she came crying to me. “We’re just not connecting anymore,” she said. After talking, she mentioned how her giant mirrored wardrobe directly faced their bed. Bingo. We shifted the mirror. Within weeks, her texts changed. “It’s like we’re dating again!” she wrote. I smiled.

Want to reconnect with your partner? Maybe don’t start with chocolates and roses. Start by shifting that mirror.

Do Multiple mirrors in Quotidian Spaces Multiply Chaos?

Let me paint a picture: one of my friends, a hardcore interiors enthusiast, turned her bedroom into what she called “a palace of reflection.” Three mirrors, one on each wall, because aesthetics, she said. It looked majestic. But soon enough, she began having sleepless nights. Her partner withdrew emotionally. Fights flared. She thought it was stress. But it wasn’t.

It was clutter. Reflective clutter.

Vastu cautions against using too many mirrors in the bedroom. Why? Because every mirror reflects not just light, but emotional energy. When placed without intent, they scatter your focus, disrupt calm, and invite restlessness.

Scientific data supports this too. Decision fatigue and mirror overload have been linked. In a 2020 psychology study, people surrounded by multiple reflective surfaces in their rooms showed a 27% increase in anxiety levels. Multiple mirrors increase visual noise—this makes it harder for your brain to settle.

Energy thrives on balance. When your room feels chaotic, your relationship often follows suit.

Less is more. One well-placed mirror is better than five flashy ones.

If you’ve got more than one mirror in your bedroom, ask yourself—do I feel energised or drained here? Do I feel love or confusion? Chaos or connection?

What are bad mirror placements that hurt love life?

Sometimes, the problem isn't having a mirror. It’s where you’ve put it.

Let’s break down a few definite “Don’ts” when it comes to bedroom mirror placement:

  1. Facing the Bed:
We talked about this. It’s like sleeping in a surveillance zone. Romance cannot blossom under scrutiny.

  2. Facing the bedroom Door:
In Vastu, this causes energy to reflect out of the room. You want to attract love and keep it in—not bounce it away.

  3. Opposite the window:
This distracts from your inner space. It reflects external stimuli—cars, trees, harsh light—which can keep you mentally ‘outside’ even while you’re in bed.

  4. Reflecting clutter:
Here's an eye-opener: mirrors double what they reflect. If your mirror shows laundry piles, messy drawers, or an overworked desk—it’s energetically multiplying stress.

  5. Mirror should never be right opposite the bathroom door.

And trust me, clutter isn’t just visual—it’s emotional. Don’t believe me? Take a moment and check out these shocking facts about clutter that will ruin your vibe.

Bad mirror placement is like feeding your relationship emotional junk food. It feels harmless at first, but over time—it breaks things down.

So ask yourself: What is your mirror showing you? Is it beauty? Balance? Or barely contained chaos?

Is there real magic in “mirror rituals for love & clarity”?

Ever whispered your dreams into a mirror?

I know, it sounds whimsical. But mirror rituals aren’t fluff. They are intentional acts of energy alignment. Whether you're into moon cycles or not, whether you chant affirmations or just stand quietly—rituals give form to your longing.

In ancient traditions, mirrors were used to “see” beyond. The Celts. The Chinese. The Egyptians. All believed that mirrors, when cleansed and consecrated, could amplify desire, call in clarity, and awaken connection.

That’s where the phrase angel-summoning-magic-mirror  comes in. Think of this mirror as a portal. It reflects, yes—but it also attracts. What you project into it returns to you, sometimes in whispers, sometimes in full symphonies.

Let me share Pallvi's story in her own words. "One Valentine’s Day, I sat before my mirror with nothing but a rose and a heart full of confusion. My relationship had hit a plateau. Instead of sulking, I decided to speak into the mirror. I told it what I missed. What I longed for. What I forgave.

It sounds absurd. But within a week, something shifted. Not just in my partner—but in me. I began to soften. To open. And love returned—not as fireworks, but as quiet coffee dates and late-night laughs."

That’s mirror magic.

Rituals work when you bring sincerity. A cleaned mirror. A loving intention. A soft light. That’s all you need.

So tell me—what would you whisper into your mirror tonight?

How do you do a simple mirror cleansing ritual for love?

You don’t need sage bundles or full moons—just a little intention and a dash of self-honesty. Cleansing your mirror isn’t just about wiping away smudges. It’s about clearing emotional residue too. Think of it like wiping away past arguments, tension, or even sadness that may have been reflected and absorbed over time.

Here's a simple yet potent ritual I personally swear by:

Step-by-Step mirror Cleansing Ritual

  1. Set the Mood – Dim the lights, light a pink or white candle, and put on calming instrumental music.

  2. Mix Rose water and Salt – Add a pinch of sea salt to rose water. Salt purifies. Rose carries the vibration of love.

  3. Wipe Clockwise – Gently clean the mirror in circular clockwise motions, starting from the centre outward. As you do this, say: “I cleanse this mirror of all it has held. May it now reflect only love, peace, and clarity.”

  4. Speak Your intention – Look into the mirror and softly speak your wish: “I open my heart to love. May the one I seek also seek me.”

  5. Close the ritual – Blow out the candle with gratitude, not force.

This ritual isn’t about superstition. It’s about symbolism. When you consciously cleanse the energy of an object you interact with daily, you’re making space for fresh emotional energy. You’re showing the Universe—and yourself—that you’re ready for deeper love and harmony.

I’ve seen clients report calmer nights and more affectionate mornings just a week after performing this ritual. Some say their relationships felt “less prickly.” Others felt emotionally safer.

Have you ever cleaned a mirror and noticed it felt different afterwards?

Is There a Manifestation Ritual you can try tonight?

Absolutely. You don’t need to wait for a lunar eclipse or New Year’s Eve to manifest romance and reconnection. You can begin… tonight.

This manifestation method involves your mirror. But remember, it isn’t about “wishing.” It’s about claiming. Here’s how:

The nightly love Manifestation mirror ritual

  1. Before bed, stand in front of your mirror. Make sure the lighting is warm and gentle.

  2. Look yourself in the eye—yes, really—and say aloud:

    • “I am worthy of love.”

    • “I am open to being seen, held, and cherished.”

    • “I invite healthy, passionate, peaceful love into my life.”

  3. Visualise your ideal relationship as if it’s already here. Close your eyes, hold that vision for 60 seconds.

  4. End with a smile. Gratitude is the glue of manifestation.

Repeat this for 21 nights. Keep a small journal nearby to note changes in your mood, emotional responses, and interactions with loved ones. You’d be amazed at how your outer world begins to align with your inner clarity.

This works. Because when your subconscious starts believing you are lovable, your energy speaks that fluently.

And if you’d like to take it deeper, check out this guided soul-writing practice I created: Voyaging Through Reflections: A Guided Writing Journey. It’s a beautiful mirror ritual + journaling combination that peels back emotional layers you didn’t even know existed.

Where should you position a mirror for romance & peace?

Now that we’ve discussed what not to do, let’s talk about what to do.

Vastu provides a precise roadmap for mirror placement. It's not about being rigid—it’s about energetic alignment. The aim? To make your bedroom feel like a sanctuary, not a stage.

Here’s where your mirror should ideally go:

  • North or East Wall: These directions welcome energy flow and clarity. Perfect for single folks looking for love.

  • North-East Corner: Brings gentle, spiritual energy—great for deepening emotional intimacy.

  • Avoid South or South-West Walls: These directions hold grounded, Earth energy and should be stable—not distorted by reflections.

Keep the mirror away from the bed's direct line of sight. Ideally, place it in a wardrobe door or on a wall beside the bed—not opposite it.

Think about angles. Tilted or oddly angled mirrors disrupt balance. Use mirrors that are upright, well-framed, and preferably round or oval-shaped—these curves soften energy.

Want a surprising tip? Don’t hang mirrors too high. When your reflection is cut off at the chest or face, it symbolically “splits” you energetically. That fragmentation often shows up emotionally, too.

Mirrors are like guests. Treat them with kindness, offer them proper placement, and they’ll serve your love life beautifully.

Which corner of the bedroom is best for love energy?

If you’re hoping to spice up your love life or even call in your soulmate, focus on the South-West corner of your bedroom.

In Vastu, this is the “relationship” zone. It’s stable, grounding, and ruled by the Earth element. Think of it as the soil in which your romantic seeds can root and grow.

Here’s how to optimise it:

  • Place pairs of objects here: two candles, two rose quartz stones, two matching figurines.

  • Keep it clutter-free.

  • Avoid mirrors here unless they’re used very mindfully—like framed in wood and not too large.

And yes, place a symbolic item or art piece representing love. I placed a painting of a couple holding hands in mine—and within weeks, I began connecting more deeply with someone I had overlooked.

This stuff isn’t about magic—it’s about attention. Focused, conscious attention on what you want to feel more of. That’s the real spell.

Should you use mirror shapes to influence love energy?

Yes, mirror shapes matter. Think of them as emotional tone-setters.

Vastu Mirror Shape Guide:

  • Round Mirrors: Best for promoting unity and romance. No sharp edges. Energy flows with grace.

  • Oval mirrors: Good for healing old heartaches and inviting softness into your relationship.

  • Rectangular Mirrors: These offer stability and clarity—use with care. Stick to soft-framed ones, ideally wooden.

  • Avoid Triangular or Irregular Shapes: These can create disharmony. They don’t give your energy a smooth flow.

My first home had an edgy triangle mirror. I thought it was “modern.” It made my room feel off-kilter. And honestly? So did my relationship.

When I replaced it with a round antique mirror that had belonged to my grandmother, the space shifted. It suddenly felt like home.

Your mirror’s shape reflects your emotional world. Choose with love.

Want to write your way to romantic healing? Try This “Mirror Reflection” Guided Writing journey

There’s something deeply healing about putting pen to paper while looking at your own reflection. It’s raw. It’s uncomfortable. And yet—it’s where emotional gold lies.

Try this:

  1. Sit in front of your mirror.

  2. Light a candle.

  3. Open your journal and write:
“Mirror, show me what I’m ready to feel.”

Then write. Don’t stop. Don’t judge. Let your soul speak. You’ll find that when your eyes witness your own vulnerability, healing begins.

This isn’t just a writing exercise—it’s a sacred dialogue. A way to cut through the noise and reach the you behind the roles you play.

Want to go deeper? Here’s a guided journey I created for seekers like you: Voyaging Through Reflections. It will walk you through every layer—emotion, memory, longing—and show you what your mirror’s been trying to say all along.

Ritual – The 7-Day self-Love mirror & affirmation practice

Let’s pause here. We’ve spoken of love between two souls. But what about the one relationship that forms the foundation for all others?

The one you have with yourself.

This 7-day ritual is a guided mirror-based self-love practice designed to help you rewrite your self-worth, radiate emotional availability, and align your inner light with the love you seek to attract.

As your modern-day mentor, I offer this to you as a sacred challenge—not just for transformation, but to remind you of your own divinity. You don’t need to chase love. You need to return to it, within.

What you will need

  • A mirror (preferably oval or round)

  • A candle or diya

  • A journal

  • 10 minutes daily

🕊️ Day 1: “I am here.”

Stand in front of the mirror. No filters. No fixing your hair.
Light your candle. Look at yourself. Really look.
Say, “I am here. I am enough.”
Notice the thoughts that come up. Write them down.

🌹 Day 2: “I forgive you.”

Today is about release. Look at yourself and say:
“I forgive you for all the times you settled. You deserved more.”
Write a letter to your younger self—don’t hold back.

💫 Day 3: “I choose softness.”

Too often, we toughen up as a defence. Today, shed that.
Say in the mirror: “I let go of my armour. I am safe to be soft.”
Place your palm over your heart and breathe into it.

🔥 Day 4: “I claim my desires.”

Desire isn’t dirty—it’s divine.
Say: “I deserve to want what I want.”
Then list five things you crave—from love to luxury. No shame.

🌈 Day 5: “I speak kindly to myself.”

Catch yourself in negative self-talk?
Interrupt it. Replace it with:
“I am learning. I am evolving. I am lovable now—not someday.”

🌟 Day 6: “I am magnetic.”

This is where things get powerful.
Stand tall, lift your chin and affirm:
“My presence heals. My energy attracts peace and passion.”

🕯️ Day 7: “I am love.”

End with the ultimate truth:
“I am not looking for love—I am love.”
Blow out your candle. Smile at your reflection. Say thank you.

Why does this work?

Because words shape energy. Repetition reshapes reality. Mirrors act as witnesses—quiet, potent, powerful.

This ritual is more than aesthetics. It’s Vastu meets psychology. Spirituality meets neuroscience.

Looking to host someone dear and share your healing energy? Don’t forget to create a guest room that reflects your intentional living. Here’s how.

Are mirrors in other rooms also affecting love life?

We often focus only on the bedroom, forgetting that energy isn’t confined. Your living room, hallway, even your guest room mirror—each plays a role in your emotional landscape.

Imagine walking into your home after a long day, and the first thing you see is your tired reflection in the hallway mirror. What message does that send your nervous system?

Now imagine seeing a vibrant plant reflected in a clean mirror, placed beside soft lighting. That subtle shift? It eases tension before it even takes root.

In Vastu, every mirror should have a purpose:

  • Living room mirrors can open up space—great for friendships and family energy.

  • Hallway mirrors must not face the main door directly—this pushes energy out.

  • Guest room mirrors should feel welcoming, not stark. (And if you’re hosting someone important? Definitely check out this guide).

I remember a client who had a cracked mirror in their hallway—she called it “quirky chic.” It also coincided with ongoing heartbreaks. We swapped it with a full-length, wooden-framed mirror reflecting a bouquet of fresh lilies. Within three months, her dating life was alive again.

Vastu would say—energy redirected, connection restored.

What are some real-life anecdotes of mirror vastu fails?

Let me share a few stories that still stick with me.

A cousin’s breakup mirror:
She had unknowingly placed a huge square mirror directly opposite her bed. For months, her partner would avoid sleeping over. They felt “watched.” After their separation, she repositioned it. Weeks later, she met someone new—someone who felt more present, more emotionally available. “The air in my room feels softer now,” she told me.

A newlywed’s restless nights:
A reader once emailed me about her husband developing insomnia. She mentioned their bedroom had three mirrors. One reflected the bed. One faced the window. One hung on the wardrobe. Within a week of covering two with sheer cloth and moving one away, his sleep returned.

My own mirror mishap:
I once placed a triangular mirror in my bedroom corner during a phase of intense ambition. Work soared—but emotionally? I felt burnt out, disconnected. That mirror reflected my drive, not my heart. Replacing it with a round one shifted my priorities. I began making space for people, not just productivity.

Mirrors tell stories. Sometimes they’re whispering. Sometimes screaming.

What’s yours saying?

Can changing One Mirror Really Shift Your relationship?

I won’t sugarcoat this—it won’t save a relationship that’s already over. But yes, changing one mirror can shift the energy enough to rekindle connection, improve communication, or even invite someone new into your life.

Energy doesn’t lie. And your environment constantly mirrors your internal world. So when you change your physical mirrors, you send new cues to your psyche.

Think of it like tuning a guitar string. The string didn’t become music. But it allowed the music to flow.

I've seen:

  • Couples go from disconnected to more affectionate after shifting mirror placement.

  • Singles receive long-awaited texts within days of cleansing their mirrors.

  • Estranged lovers reunite—not magically, but with renewed clarity—after removing cracked, misaligned mirrors.

If your mirror shows an image that feels tired, harsh, or distant—change it. Or better yet, ask: what kind of love story do I want my mirror to reflect?

And if you're unsure where to start, maybe it’s time to seek guidance. I offer one-on-one consultations to help you turn your home—and heart—into a love sanctuary.

Can changing one mirror really shift your relationship?

You know what’s often underestimated? The little things. That drawer you never clean. The unread book on your nightstand. And yes—that mirror that’s been facing your bed for months (or years).

So let’s ask the question again: Can changing one mirror really shift your relationship?

My answer, after years of Vastu consultations and observing energy patterns is—Absolutely. Yes.

Not because the mirror holds mystical powers on its own, but because it is an amplifier. It magnifies whatever energy already exists. If your relationship feels stagnant, unclear, or even charged with old pain, the wrong mirror placement can keep those feelings alive.

Especially when it’s facing the bed. If you take just one thing from this article—never let a mirror reflect your sleeping body. Not only does it invite energy disturbances, but it can also lead to fragmented rest, emotional unease, and even intimacy issues. Vastu considers this placement a direct threat to romantic harmony.

When one of my clients moved their full-length mirror from opposite the bed to a side wall, the shift was immediate. “I didn’t realise how exposed I felt before,” they said. “Now, our bedroom feels… safe. Private.”

Sometimes, healing begins with the room.

Still think it’s superstition? Then ask yourself—why does your energy shift when you're in a room that feels good? Why do some spaces feel like home, and others feel like heartbreak?

Mirrors can either lock you into the past or reflect the love you’re building now.

What do experts say about mirror placement & love?

You don’t have to take only my word for it. Interior stylists, energy workers, and Vastu scholars are finally converging on the power of intentional reflection.

Dr. Rita Jain, a holistic architect, once told me in a joint webinar:

“Mirrors facing the bed aren’t just bad Vastu—they’re bad psychology. They interrupt the soul’s rest.”

Rajveer Arora, a relationship coach I deeply respect, shared this nugget during a live panel:

“Every couple I’ve worked with who had a mirror opposite their bed… had some form of emotional disconnect. Every. Single. One.”

More and more professionals are now blending design and emotion. The idea is simple: Your space either reflects stress or supports love. There’s no neutral.

Clients who’ve realigned their mirror setups consistently report:

  • Better sleep

  • Fewer fights

  • Warmer communication

  • A renewed feeling of “togetherness”

If even therapists are now checking their client’s rooms… maybe it’s time we all start.

How can mirrors and water be used together to open energetic flow?

If mirrors are the portals of reflection, water is the lifeblood of movement.

Together? They form a current. A pulse. A beautiful dance of flow and intention. When used correctly, mirrors + water combinations can help unlock stagnant energy, soothe emotional blockages, and even attract prosperity and love.

But here’s the warning: misusing this duo creates energetic chaos.

Vastu Principles for Mirror-Water synergy

  • Always keep mirrors away from water sources in the bedroom. That means no mirrored walls opposite fish tanks or mini water features in sleep zones.

  • In entryways, a mirror reflecting a decorative water element (like a bowl with floating petals) invites prosperity and peace—provided it’s not directly facing the main door. (If you suspect your doorway blocks energy, you must read this Main Door Energy Diagnosis)

  • Bathrooms, while inherently water-heavy, require special attention. A mirror opposite the toilet is a Vastu no-no. But a well-placed mirror above the wash basin, with soft lighting and clean tiles, keeps emotional energy clean and flowing.

I often suggest a "Water Bowl Reflection Ritual" for those struggling to move past heartbreak:

  1. Place a glass bowl of clear water in front of your mirror.

  2. Drop rose petals into it and whisper an old emotional wound.

  3. Gently swirl the water clockwise with your finger.

  4. Say: “As this water moves, so does my grief. As it clears, so do I.”

Let it sit under moonlight overnight. Then pour it out onto soil.

Simple? Yes. Powerful? Absolutely.

Mirrors see what you feel. Water carries it away. Together—they can alchemise your pain into peace.

How do different cultures use mirrors for healing and connection?

We often treat mirrors as everyday objects, but in many traditions, they were sacred tools.

Here’s how the world views mirrors beyond vanity:

China (Feng Shui)

In Chinese Feng Shui, mirrors are considered tools to redirect energy (Chi). However, they must never face the bed or the main door. They’re used to deflect harmful energy and open “space flow” when placed correctly.

Mexico (Dia de los Muertos)

Mirrors are sometimes used on altars during the Day of the Dead to allow spirits to “see themselves” and feel welcomed. It’s a portal, not a decoration.

Persia & ancient Egypt

Both civilisations believed mirrors could reflect not just the body but the soul. Egyptians polished copper mirrors for ritual use, while Persians used hand mirrors in weddings as symbols of truth and brightness.

Japan (Shinto)

In Shinto, the mirror is one of three sacred treasures representing wisdom. It’s said to reflect one’s true self—unfiltered by ego.

So, what can we learn?

Mirrors aren’t mere surfaces. They are ancient tools of truth, clarity, and soul work. Using them consciously makes your home not just beautiful—but sacred.

Have you ever had a moment where looking into a mirror felt like more than a glance? Where it felt like meeting yourself?

What are some common vastu myths about mirrors—busted?

Let’s bust some myths, shall we?

Myth #1: Mirrors bring bad luck in bedrooms.

Truth: Only if they face the bed or reflect clutter. With mindful placement, mirrors can enhance peace and intimacy.

Myth #2: Broken mirrors are just aesthetics gone wrong.

Truth: In Vastu, a cracked or broken mirror is very significant. It symbolizes fractured energy. It can lead to miscommunication and stalled emotional growth.

Myth #3: The bigger the mirror, the better the energy.

Truth: Not always. Oversized mirrors may scatter energy if not aligned correctly. Choose proportion over grandeur.

Myth #4: You can hang mirrors anywhere.

Truth: Direction matters deeply. North and East are ideal. South and South-West? Not so much. Energy alignment isn’t flexible—it’s foundational.

These myths often circulate online without depth or context. As someone standing at the intersection of ancient science and modern psychology, I want to help you cut through the fluff. This isn’t about fear. It’s about flow.

Case Study: How one mirror shift changed an entire relationship

Let me take you inside the story of Khushi and Monika.

They were high-flying entrepreneurs with a beautiful home, a designer bedroom—and a love life that had gone cold. Monika began spending more time in her study. Khushi often felt unseen. “We live together but feel miles apart,” she confessed.

When I did a vastu audit of their home, the problem jumped out instantly.

A giant mirror—glamorous, expensive, and directly facing their bed. It reflected not just them but a shelf of unfinished business plans, unopened wedding gifts, and a neglected indoor plant.

We changed nothing else. No therapy. No coaching. Just the mirror.

We removed it. Replaced it with a soft, oval mirror mounted near the wardrobe—reflecting a fresh bouquet instead.

Three weeks later, Khushi messaged me:

“We talk again. Not about business. About us. Last night, we sat on the bed, held hands, and cried. It felt… like coming home.”

Mirrors don’t lie. But they can help you tell the truth you’ve been avoiding.

What legacy will your mirror reflect?

This article began as a guide. It ends as a challenge.

You see, this isn’t about furniture or feng shui. This is about who you become in the spaces you inhabit.

It’s about your impact. Your intimacy. Your energetic signature.

What will your room say when you're gone? Will it echo the stress you carried? Or reflect the healing you embodied?

Your mirror is your witness. Change it with love. Clean it with intention. Place it with power.

This is more than design. This is destiny.

Angel summoning: Magic mirror

  1. Light a white or silver candle.
  2. Announce your intention and ask for angelic blessings. You may ask for a "go-ahead" signal as to whether to proceed.
  3. Sit, relax, burn frankincense or warm its essential oil to extend an invitation and enhance your powers of clairvoyance
  4. Look in your mirror. Pretend you are not looking at yourself but impartially at another being.
  5. When its accomplished, look beyond yourself in the mirror.
  6. Stay relaxed: if you are tense, this won't work. Only work for as long as you feel fresh and relaxed; several attempts may be necessary before you accomplish your goal. This technique takes time.
  7. Eventually you may see a new face; eventually you may see your guardian angel or another spirit behind your own image. You may see lights. The experience is very personal and varies.
  8. Communicate with the presence in the mirror.
  9. When you're done, the mirror should be wrapped in dark silk or velvet and kept reserved for this ritual alone.

Your ability to cut people off and self-isolate is not a skill you should be proud of—It is a trauma response Cutting people off and self-isolating may feel like a protective shield, but it is often rooted in unresolved or unhealed trauma and an inability to depend on others. Jinnah, in these times, got stubborn over the need of Pakistan and he did find a lot of supporters. Congress, up till late 1940's never got bothered by it. And why should we? Who complains? No one. But there were repercussions. The way people were butchered and slaughtered during that brief time when India got partitioned, was even worse than a civil war scenario. All in the name of religion. And there indeed was cr...
