Wondering why you keep pulling in emotionally unavailable partners or repeating toxic life loops? This heartfelt guide reveals why "attraction" alone doesn't work and how alignment, energy hygiene, and inner healing can finally shift your spiritual cycles. Think karmic relationships, spiritual patterns, and unshakable clarity. Let’s decode your manifestation blocks together, step by aligned step.
What does it really mean to attract what you are, not what you want?
Let me hit you with a hard truth I had to learn the painful way. You don’t attract what you want; you attract what you are. Harsh? Yes. True? Absolutely.
There was a time when I thought simply wanting something—like true love, a dream job, or even inner peace was enough. I'd light candles, visualise, repeat affirmations till my jaw hurt, and even whisper a few "true love dream spells" at midnight. And still, I'd end up land jobs that drained me, and experience a version of happiness that felt... hollow.
That’s when I realised: the Universe isn't a genie, it’s a mirror.
When you’re rooted in insecurity, fear, or unresolved trauma, your frequency sends out a signal that says, “I’m not enough,” or “Love isn’t safe.” And guess what? That’s what comes back to you. Every. Single. Time.
💔For a healing perspective on emotional pain and boundary setting, read Love and Boundaries—it’s the reminder we all need.
Alignment, however, changes the entire game. It’s like tuning your inner frequency to the reality you want—not just dreaming it but embodying it. And when you’re aligned, your outer world starts to reflect your inner world with eerie precision. That’s when the "magic" happens—not because of luck, but because of alignment.
Real talk: If you keep attracting chaos, drama, or loneliness, don’t blame bad luck. Ask yourself—What part of me is resonating with this?

What role does social media play in the fear of being left behind?
Social media can intensify this comparison because it places carefully selected moments from many people's lives in front of us, often within a few minutes.
You might see a former classmate celebrating a promotion, another friend travelling with a group and someone else announcing an engagement. Your own evening, which might have felt perfectly manageable before opening the app, suddenly appears painfully uneventful.
The mind is good at creating stories from incomplete information. It sees somebody else's celebration and imagines that person is consistently happy, socially secure and loved. It sees your own quiet evening and assumes that it reveals the truth about your life.
This is an unfair comparison between another person's selected moments and your complete experience.
The answer is not necessarily to delete every social app. For some people, online spaces provide valuable friendship, support and access to communities they cannot find locally. The more useful question is whether your current habits leave you feeling connected or repeatedly convince you that you are inadequate.
Try this small experiment. For three days, notice how you feel immediately before and after browsing social media. Do you feel inspired to contact someone, or do you feel less worthy than you did a few minutes earlier? Do you enjoy the conversation, or do you keep scrolling because you are hoping to find evidence that you belong?
Your answers can help you decide whether you need different boundaries, different online spaces or a little more intentionality about how you use your time.
Can professional success hide an unmet need for connection?
Loneliness does not always look like an empty diary.
Some people work long hours, manage teams, solve difficult problems and appear confident in every professional setting. They know how to speak in meetings, handle negotiations and maintain a polished public image. Their calendars are full, and their achievements are real.
Yet they may struggle to name one person with whom they can speak honestly about their fears.
Work can provide structure, purpose and valuable relationships. However, professional competence does not automatically provide emotional intimacy. Being respected for your abilities is not the same as feeling known as a person.
For emotionally drained professionals, the problem can become particularly confusing. They may spend the day communicating with dozens of people and still arrive home feeling disconnected. Their social energy has been spent on meetings, decisions and responsibilities, leaving little capacity for the conversations they genuinely want.
If this describes you, consider whether you need more social activity or more meaningful contact. These are not the same requirement.
You may not need another networking event. You may need a quiet meal with a friend who does not expect you to perform competence. You may need to tell somebody that work has become exhausting without immediately turning the conversation into a discussion about productivity.
A question for reflection: When did loneliness first begin to feel like failure for you, and what has believing that story cost you?
Perhaps it has cost you the courage to make the first move in a friendship. Perhaps you have stayed in an unsuitable relationship because being single seemed embarrassing. Perhaps you have hidden your feelings so successfully that the people around you do not realise how much support you need.
You do not have to judge yourself for these responses. They may have helped you cope at an earlier stage of life. You can appreciate the protection they once offered while choosing a more helpful response now.
How do you know if you are out of alignment in love or life?
Ever felt like life is happening to you instead of with you? That’s usually misalignment whispering—or in some cases, screaming—into your life.
Let’s start with love. Misalignment in relationships often shows up like this:
-
You’re always the one initiating, fixing, or over-giving.
-
You date “potential” instead of actualised partners.
-
Your relationships feel like you’re auditioning for love, not experiencing it.
This was my story for years. I'd meet someone, ignore the red flags, overcompensate, and eventually burn out. I thought I was just unlucky in love until a friend said, “You’re not unlucky. You’re just choosing from your wounds, not your worth.” Oof. That hit.
In careers, misalignment feels like:
-
Success that looks good on the outside but feels empty inside.
-
Dreading Mondays. And Tuesdays. And—let’s be honest—every weekday.
-
Feeling like you're playing a role that doesn't fit, no matter how well it pays.
Sometimes, misalignment is subtle. It's not a storm; it's a soul whisper. You feel drained, restless, and vaguely off. You question yourself constantly. You tolerate more than you should. That quiet dissatisfaction? That’s your soul asking for a realignment.
✨ Mini Check-In: On a scale from 1–10, how aligned do you feel in your love life? Career? If it’s below a 7, something’s asking to be seen.
Why do law of attraction techniques keep failing you?
If I had a dollar for every “Why didn’t it work?” DM I’ve received after someone tried visualising, scripting, or repeating a "love attraction spell", I’d be doing this article from a beach in Bali.
The Law of Attraction isn’t broken—you’re just not plugged into it correctly.
Here’s why most people fail at manifesting:
-
They’re chasing desires from fear, not alignment.
Wanting love because you're lonely isn’t the same as desiring love from a place of wholeness.
-
Limiting beliefs run the show.
Your subconscious may be whispering, “Love is dangerous,” or “I don’t deserve wealth.” Those whispers shout louder than affirmations.
-
Energy inconsistency.
One day you feel like a goddess, the next you’re spiralling into self-doubt. That erratic vibe confuses the Universe.
-
They skip emotional hygiene.
Just like you brush your teeth, your energy needs cleansing too. Without regular energetic resets, you're manifesting through layers of muck.
You can scream “I am abundant” all day long, but if your energy screams “I’m afraid,” the latter wins.
Reader challenge: Drop one limiting belief you know you need to unlearn in the comments. I’ll reply with one journal prompt to help shift it.
What can you do right now to realign your life and vibration?
Here’s the good news—you can shift today. Right now, even. You don’t need a sabbatical, 10 crystals, or a retreat in Rishikesh (though that does sound amazing).
Start with this realignment trio:
-
Values:
Identify your 5 non-negotiables in love, work, and life. If your current path violates even one, you’re out of alignment.
-
Vibration:
Everything is energy. You’re either attracting what matches your joy or your wounds. So nurture your joy daily—be it dancing to 90s hits or sipping chai at sunrise.
-
Visual Clarity:
Be specific with the Universe. Don't just want "love"—describe what safety, laughter, intimacy and support look like to you.
Start a daily ritual. Light a candle. Speak aloud what you’re calling in. Feel it, see it, become it.
Because when you’re truly aligned, manifestation becomes as natural as breathing.
Ask: What’s one thing you’re calling in this month? Comment it below—let’s anchor it together. 🕯️✨
What is the “return to my highest alignment” meditation & how can it help?
I created this meditation after a night of sobbing on my bathroom floor (real talk). I’d hit spiritual rock bottom. I’d tried everything—rituals, reiki, journaling—but still felt lost. So, I stopped everything, sat in silence, and whispered:
"I return to my highest alignment. Show me who I am without the noise."
And something shifted.
Here's how you can practise it:
-
Sit comfortably, close your eyes.
-
Breathe in: “I release what isn’t me.”
-
Breathe out: “I return to who I truly am.”
-
Visualise a golden light washing over you.
-
Affirm:
-
“I align with my true self.”
-
“I release all false identities.”
-
“I magnetise peace, love, and purpose.”
Repeat daily. It’s not just meditation—it’s energetic recalibration.
Think of it like spiritual flossing. You’re clearing the gunk, letting your soul shine through.
Reader love Note: Try it tonight. Then comment how you felt afterwards. I promise to read and reply.
Step 2: Exploring why pain repeats, how to break the cycle & heal for good
Are you stuck in a karmic loop—and how can you tell?
Let me paint you a picture.
You meet someone. It’s electric. You feel seen. Understood. Like the stars aligned. But a few months in, you're crying alone, again. Begging someone to choose you. Again. You’re not just heartbroken—you’re soul-bruised. Again.
Sound familiar? That’s a karmic loop.
A karmic loop is like you keep attracting the same emotional lesson wrapped in a different human suit. It’s not about punishment—it’s about awakening. The Universe keeps putting that lesson in your face until you finally stop, breathe, and say: “Okay. I get it. No more.”
How can you tell you’re stuck in one?
-
Every relationship ends in similar heartbreak.
-
You’re always the fixer, the chaser, the over-giver.
-
You feel an intense pull to someone who treats you like an option.
-
You’ve thought “This time will be different” way too many times.
These loops are painful because they’re sacred. They reveal your deepest fears and unmet needs. And unless you do the soul work to shift, they repeat—until you learn.
💬Comment: Have you ever dated the same person in different bodies? Tell me about your “Groundhog Day romance.” Let’s break that spell together.
What are the spiritual signs you’re living in repetitive patterns?
The soul doesn’t stutter. If you're missing the signs, it gets louder.
-
Déjà vu: You feel like you’ve lived this scene before—because energetically, you have.
-
Emotional déjà vu: You react to a new person with old wounds. They haven’t even hurt you yet, but your body remembers.
-
Synchronicities: You keep hearing the same advice, seeing the same numbers, or being triggered in oddly similar ways.
One woman I worked with (let’s call her Vartika) kept attracting narcissists. Smart, suave, and emotionally unavailable. After three back-to-back heartbreaks, she realised she was chasing her father’s approval in every man she dated. Her pattern wasn’t random—it was a replay of old pain seeking closure.
The pattern is spiritual. The pain is ancestral. The lesson? Yours.
But when you catch it, name it, and finally choose different? That’s where healing starts.
How do you break karmic relationships & start fresh?
Spoiler: you don’t need to go on a pilgrimage to burn karmic contracts. You need three things—awareness, ritual, and forgiveness.
Let’s get real. Ending a karmic cycle is brutal. You may still love the person. You may still crave their validation. But you walk away not because they’re bad—but because you finally love yourself more.
Here’s a simple Cord Cutting + Journaling Ritual you can try tonight:
-
Sit in silence. Light a candle. Speak their name.
-
Say aloud:
“I release this contract. I bless them. I bless myself. I choose peace.”
-
Journaling Prompt:
“What did I need from them that I can now give to myself?”
-
Visualise a cord between you being gently severed. Send them light. Then release.
You may cry. You may shake. That’s the energy shifting. The grief is sacred—let it pour.
Forgive them. Not because they deserve it—but because you do. Forgiveness is your closure. Not theirs.
🔥 Bonus Tip: After your ritual, take a salt bath, drink warm turmeric milk, and sleep. The body processes what the soul releases.
Reader Action: If you do this ritual tonight, come back and comment one word you felt afterwards—peace, grief, relief, clarity. I’ll light a candle for every share. ✨
Why do you keep attracting emotionally unavailable people?
Let me guess. They were magnetic, mysterious, and looked at you like you were art. But when it came to commitment? Ghost town. You poured oceans of love into a teacup of effort.
That’s not chemistry. That’s trauma bonding.
When you keep attracting emotionally unavailable partners, it’s not a love problem—it’s an abandonment wound in disguise.
Here’s what they mirror:
-
Your fear of being fully seen.
-
Your tendency to love with conditions.
-
Your deep belief that love must be earned, chased, or fought for.
Emotionally unavailable people are not your soulmates. They’re your shadow in human form. They show you all the places where you are emotionally unavailable to yourself.
I once loved someone who never said "I love you" back. I stayed. I begged. I over-functioned. It wasn’t until I realised I had never said those words to myself that I understood why he couldn’t.
You don’t get love by fixing others—you get it by healing yourself.
📌 Reminder: You are not too intense. You are not too emotional. You are not too much. You’re just too aligned for people who choose to stay small.
💔 Drop a ❤️ in the comments if you’re done accepting breadcrumbs. I see you.
Can inner child & inner divine union work finally heal you?
The short answer? Yes. The long answer? Buckle up—this part might make you cry.
Inside every adult is a child who once felt unworthy of love. Maybe your dad was emotionally distant. Maybe your mum was inconsistent. Maybe you were bullied, abandoned, criticised—or simply ignored.
That child learned to seek love through performance. And that child is still running your relationships.
Inner child work is about meeting them. Holding them. Re-parenting them.
You become the parent they never had.
And then comes the divine union part.
It’s where you harmonise the inner masculine (action, direction, protection) with the inner feminine (intuition, emotion, creativity). Most of us are wildly unbalanced—overdoing or overfeeling. Union brings balance. Harmony. Completion.
When you heal your inner child and unite your inner energies, you stop outsourcing love. You become love. And that changes everything.
✨ Real-life magic: After six months of divine union work, one reader shared that her "type" changed completely. She started attracting grounded, emotionally mature partners. Because she became that person herself.
Want to start inner child work but feel overwhelmed? Drop a 🌱 emoji and I’ll reply with a personalised first step just for you.
Step 3: Ending emotional cycles, understanding love vs. lust, and embracing true spiritual alignment
What is the “end the cycle” experience & how does it help?
Let me tell you about Priya.
Priya came to me mid-breakdown. “I’ve done therapy. I’ve done tarot. I’ve even tried a twin flame YouTube rabbit hole. And yet... I keep loving people who can’t even text back.”
She was exhausted. Not just emotionally—but spiritually. She was in a karmic chokehold and didn’t even know it.
Through the End the Cycle experience, we began:
-
Inner child work sessions,
-
Karmic awareness meditations,
-
Cord cutting,
-
Realignment journaling,
-
And body-based emotional release rituals.
At first, she resisted. She cried. She ghosted herself in the healing process.
But after week four, something cracked. She sent me this voice note:
“Tushar, I saw his message today… and didn’t respond. Not from ego. From peace. I’m not who I was. I don’t need him to validate me anymore.”
Priya’s story isn’t rare. It’s universal. We love from wounds until we learn to love from worth.
💌 If you’re tired of attracting the same story, maybe it’s time to write a new ending. One where you’re the main character—not the emotional plot twist.

How does the ‘True Love Dream Spell’ relate to alignment?
Here’s the raw truth: most people want the spell without the self.
They light candles, chant the words, burn the bay leaf—and still wonder why the love they call in ends in ghosting, betrayal, or endless almosts.
It’s because manifestation spells amplify your current frequency. If your heart is full of desperation, that’s the energy you project. And that's what answers.
I once guided Rishabh, a quiet, sensitive writer, through a “true love dream spell” ritual. He’d just ended a five-year situationship (yes, five years of uncertainty). He cried during the intention setting.
But I made him do something radical—we didn’t call in a lover. We called in alignment.
One month later, he texted me: “I met someone. We spoke under the rain at India Gate. She’s everything I asked for... but more. It’s peaceful, not obsessive.”
Because real love isn’t euphoric—it’s calm clarity. Not a rush. A remembering.

How does lust connect to this spiritual conversation?
Let’s talk about the L word—and no, not love. Lust.
It’s not evil. It’s not shameful. It’s misunderstood.
In healing circle here’s the tea: lust is life force. It’s raw, wild, divine energy. When channelled consciously, it’s the same force that births ideas, passion, art—and yes, sacred intimacy.
But when it’s driven by wounds—like validation-seeking or power games—it mutates. That’s when it burns us.
I remember my client Saraa, an artist in her thirties. She said, “I’m only attracted to men who dominate the room.” But all her lovers left her feeling unseen.
When we traced it back, she admitted, “My dad never looked at my paintings. I guess I keep wanting men to notice me like I always wanted him to.”
Through guided journaling and bodywork, she learned to notice herself. She became her own muse. Her next lover? A soft-spoken poet who memorised her favourite line before their second date.
Lust, when healed, becomes sacred. It no longer consumes. It connects.

How can you maintain energetic alignment daily?
Here’s where most people drop off.
You go to a retreat. You feel aligned. You glow. Then you come home, get ghosted, fight with your boss, and boom—you’re back at square one.
Daily alignment isn’t about living like a monk. It’s about ritualising your reality.
-
Morning journaling (5 minutes: “How do I want to feel today?”)
-
Grounding breathwork before checking your phone
-
Saying “No” to things that shrink you
-
Salt showers to wash off other people’s energy
-
Weekly check-ins: “What part of me needs more love?”
You’re not a robot—you’ll wobble. But now, you’ll notice. You’ll realign. And that’s power.
✨ Want to know what helps me? Saying this affirmation before bed:
“I am allowed to rest, recalibrate, and rise again.”

It’s okay. You’re human. But you’re also ready.
This is your moment—to not just read, but act. To not just scroll, but heal.
In my one-on-one sessions, we:

FAQs: Curious souls ask...
1. What does it really mean to be aligned?
It means your thoughts, actions, and energy are all speaking the same language. You're no longer performing—you’re becoming.
2. Why do I keep meeting the same type of partner?
Because your subconscious is looping old patterns until you consciously rewrite them.
3. Can one ritual fix everything?
Nope. Healing is like skincare—it’s daily, layered, and personal. But one aligned step? That changes everything.
4. What if I feel resistance to healing?
That’s normal. Growth feels scary because your nervous system is used to survival. Go slow. Breathe. Keep choosing yourself.
5. Does my home and space affect what I attract?
Absolutely. Your space is a mirror. A cluttered room reflects a cluttered mind. Want to shift who you attract? Start with your surroundings.
6. How do relationship milestones become measures of self-worth?
Many people grow up surrounded by expectations about how a successful life should unfold. You are supposed to make friends at school, find your people at university, build a career, discover a partner and maintain a thriving social circle. Family members may ask when you will marry. Relatives may compare your progress with that of your cousins. Colleagues may discuss weekend plans as though everybody has an active social calendar.
These expectations do not always come from unkind people. Often, they come from people who care about us but have inherited a narrow picture of happiness.
The problem begins when we accept that picture as a universal timetable.
Perhaps you moved to a new city for work and have not yet developed friendships. Perhaps a relationship ended, leaving you to rebuild routines that once involved another person. Perhaps you have spent years caring for relatives, managing professional responsibilities or recovering from a difficult period, and your social world has quietly shrunk.
None of these experiences proves that you are behind in life. They show that life has changed and your relationships may need time, attention and fresh opportunities to grow.
Yet comparison makes this process unnecessarily cruel. Instead of asking, "What kind of connection would help me now?" you ask, "Why does everyone else seem to have this figured out?"
That question assumes that appearances reveal the whole truth. They do not.
A person can have a partner and still feel emotionally abandoned. Someone can attend social events every weekend and have nobody they trust with a difficult truth. Another person may have a small circle of friends but feel deeply supported. The number of people around us does not tell the whole story about the quality of our relationships.
