Prep 10 minutes, excluding soaking time
Cook 15 minutes
Makes 4 servings
150g pre-roasted dalia
200g tomatoes
150g onion
2 green chillis
2tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
3tbsp fresh coriander
1tbsp fresh mint
Salt to taste
1. Soak the dalia for 20 minutes in warm water, drain and lighty squeeze out excess water.
2. Chop tomatoes, green chilli, onions, coriander and water.
3. Mix them with the dalia
4. Drizzle with lemon juice; add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with some finely chopped coriander.
