CORRIDORS

They are swept, non regularly and on special cleaning days they are scrulled, polished and the walls are

cleaned along with their adjoining areas.

STAFF AREAS:-

Usually cleaned by kitchen stewarding department

  1. Sweeping, mopping of floor.
  2. Cleaning of furniture.
  3. Cleaning of counters.
  4. Cleaning of walls.
  5. Cleaning of locker rooms (same as cloak rooms) changing liven in lockers.
  6. Changing side of mattresses, wholstery cleaning
  7. Dusting
  8. Cleaning of mirror.


IN THE CAFETERIA

(All the above) +

  1. Cleaning of dispensers.
  2. Cleaning of sowice counter.
  3. Cleaning of drains.
  4. Cleaning of furniture.
